Delivery Information

Delivery is free for orders S$60 (net) and above, otherwise, there will be a delivery charge of S$4.90. In the event that there are any order adjustments and the revised total amount falls under S$60, the delivery surcharge of S$4.90 will apply.

We deliver to all places in Singapore, including Sentosa, other than restricted areas/postcodes and PO boxes. We strive to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your order submission. The standard turnaround time for delivery is 2-3 working days.

Items purchased from our site are shipped by a third party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Please ensure that an authorised recipient is able to receive the delivery at the stated address. A re-delivery surcharge of S$15 will apply after the third unsuccessful delivery attempt.

If you did not receive your order, or if there are missing items, please let us know by email to hello@pawpeakcare.com within 3 days of delivery/expected delivery and we will try our best to assist.

We shall not be held liable for any delays in the event any order takes longer to process and deliver. This includes delays during peak periods, holiday periods and unforeseen circumstances.
