Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once payment has been made.
Please check your items upon receipt of your order. If you find any wrong, damaged or defective item, please let us know within 5 days of delivery by sending us an email to hello@pawpeakcare.com with a description and clear photo(s) of the defect(s). Items may need to be returned unused and in their original packaging and condition. We will not be liable for claims after the stated timeline.
A defective product shall be defined as one which:
- contains missing parts required for operation or use
- damaged packaging that compromises the safety of use
We will exchange the product if:
- it was delivered in a damaged condition that compromises the safety of use, or is past its expiry date
- it has a manufacturer’s defect
- the wrong product was delivered
